AVAILABILITY

Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain the highest quality level of product in inventory for all merchandise available at our on-line store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in the shipping of your merchandise. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us to verify the item(s) are in stock or please pre-order.

SUBSTITUTION

Tony Machi Fruits and Vegetables reserves the right to make product substitutions where necessary. Substitutions maybe done when product is unavailable or unobtainable. Changes in product and pricing may occur when substitutions are made. In instances where pricing drastically differs from product ordered on-line, Tony Machi Fruits and Vegetables will make every effort to notify the customer of the substituted items and new pricing before shipping the product.

Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods/ Claims and Errors

Tony Machi Fruits & Vegetables inspects all outbound shipments before they leave our facilities.  Damage can occur in two primary fashions: concealed damage, and noticeable damage. A claim cannot be filed for either type of claim unless all of the original packaging is available for inspection without any alterations. All shipping claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

All claims will be denied if the above criteria are not met. We are confident that when the above criteria is met,  all freight claims can be quickly and easily resolved. In the event that Tony Machi Fruits & Vegetables ships an incorrect item we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, however we must be contacted and able to verify that the item is indeed incorrect.

  1. How long will it take to process my order?
    Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be processed the next business day. Typically, orders will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day.

  2. How do you ship my order?
    Our standard shipment method is Tony Machi Truck. Please contact Tony Machi Fruits & Vegetables to make arrangements for any special shipping needs for your order.

  3. Do you ship internationally?
    No.

Return/Refund Policy

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at (414) 906-9770 to contact a representative.

At Tony Machi Fruits & Vegetables we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process. We understand that not every purchase works out as anticipated. There could be a multitude of reasons for returning product.

Please do not throw away any packing material until you know the product is in good condition. If you see that the package is damaged, please make notes upon signing for the goods and take a picture of the damaged packaging if possible.

All items that are ordered from Tony Machi Fruits & Vegetables can be returned within our guidelines and time frame. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t turn out the way it was planned. Many unforeseen circumstances can lead for the need to return an item. We ask that you carefully check all quantities and specifications before ordering and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Tony Machi Fruits & Vegetables will process an exchange with the understanding that the customer will receive similar product.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Tony Machi Fruits & Vegetables goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control.  We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected (inventory not rotated) or harmed in any manner.

Warranty

Tony Machi Fruits & Vegetables warrants new items to you, the original retail purchaser, for 5 business days from the date of purchase, against material or manufacturing defects. Warranty is void if the product shows evidence of damage by misuse, humidity or any liquid, smoke or fire, improper handling methods, or alterations.
